Hey guys, I've been running a YouTube channel doing gaming funny moments for the past 5/6 months now and looking to upgrade my PC as we play PC games more often now and my PC is struggling to keep up with demand.

I want to be able to record games like GTA V, The Culling, H1Z1, Reign of Kings, etc. at 1080p/60fps. I'd also like to future proof my PC for new games coming out such as Tom Clancy Wildlands and any upcoming multiplayer games tbh. I use Dxtory to record.

I'm also looking into streaming more often but only CSGO, H1Z1, The Culling, not so much GTA or Wildlands. I use OBS for streaming.

These are my current PC specs:
CPU = AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz
GPU = AMD Radeon R9 280 3GB
RAM = 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3/1866mhz
HDD = 1TB SATA-III 6.0Gb/s Cache 7200RPM
M/B = Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3 AMD 990X

Can anyone tell me what I need to upgrade to get what I want? Should I just sell my current build and buy a new one?

Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!

PS. I've been having some trouble with my recordings being out-of-sync and I think this has something to do with my HDD?

I mean, that GPU is still pretty nice, but if you feel you need more, maybe something like this if you plan to become a heavy streamer and popular youtuber at some point:

This build is more editing/streaming themed, if you feel something can be upgraded or downgraded you can do so. If you feel you aren't really going to be doing a ton of editing and streaming as a popular youtuber then you can do something like this:

This one is more gaming themed^^

Both of these will be major upgrades from what you have now.

Would you recommend mixing any of your suggested parts with my current build? I'd like to save as much money as possible, my PC is only one year old as well.

From your build I would recommend reusing the memory sticks and hard drive . If you want to save even more money , then reuse the case too !
I would also try to get an aftermarket cooler to try overclocking . If it doesn't workout then use the cooler for the I7 your going to get
