Question youtube glitch anyone else had this b4?

the buttons in the top right are gone, as well as chat during live. and also chat at bottom is gone..

only happens once I load a video rest of the site works fine what is it do u think?

if I log in a diff account it works fine..

and i keep logging in and out on main and nothing changes still cant see any chat/vid reccomendations while watching a video on pc
