CPU hangs when playing youtube on chrome, but not on other browser. Maybe my computer has thermal throtting or too heavy?

My laptop spec:
> Intel Celeron N3350 @1.1 GHz
> Only installed office software
> Running Windows 10 lastest build, CPU parking already disabled
> 4 GB RAM without virtual memory
> Soung only using bluetooth audio, realtek is diasbled.

YOu can check your temps with HWMonitor to see if any evidence of thermal thermal throttling...

4 GB of RAM is a tad light on Win10, and a 6 watt TDP Celeron can only burst to 2 GHz from 1.1 GHz for so long before it's clock speed must lower again to stay within TDP limits....;

You can experiment with enabling/disabling hardware acceleration within Chrome's advanced settings to see if it makes a difference...

The temperature is good, very maximum is 60°C and idle is 48°C. If I disabled hardware acc. on Chrome, it can run flawessly, but on Youtube, resolution maxed out to 480P if I disable hardware acc. But using Linux, it has no problem anyelse, even I can stream 4K video on Youtube flawessly. Maybe my laptop too weak to run Windows 10? Recently I'm running Windows 7 this problem not occur.

Yeah that's right, but any resolution I played it hangs. Must I downgrade to Windows 7? I have Ubuntu installed.
