Youtube ip missing

Hello community, as the title says, i am having problems connecting ONLY to Youtube.
As you can see at the images below i get that error.

Things i have tried:

1. Changed Preferred and Alternate DNS to 8.8.8.8. and 8.8.4.4.
and 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220
2. Flushed DNS from CMD
3. Renewed DNS from CMD
4. Reset IP from CMD
5. Netsh winsock reset from CMD
6. Pinged one of Youtube Ip's and am getting a responce
7. Restarted DNS client
8. Reset google flags
9. Uninstalled Chrome and Reinstalled it
10. Cleared host cache from Google.

Thats all from me and still nothing. Any ideas?

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THIS IS HAPPENING IN ALL BROWSERS IN EVERY NETWORK I CONNECT AND ITS ONLY FOR YOUTUBE.

Device is a Lenovo V110 laptop.

There is nothing in my host files, i cant remember if i erased them myself *bumb*

what happens if you put your network settings back to default and try to acces it .

Nothing happens. Its like i am on step 1 all over again. So frustrating..

Well.. I found the solution and its was in front of my eyes the whole time.. For some reason that stupid Panda antivirus block the pc from accessing Youtube. I removed the restriction and it works great. After removing the restriction i uninstalled Panda and moved on with my life... Thanks to everyone who bothered to help me. Appreciate the help!!

the panda settings where blocking you tube as unsafe site you still did use another antivirus software on the system .
