Youtube is slow, downloads are slow (not all day though)

My average internet speed is around 500KBps download and 50KBps upload (using speed test).
However between 10AM and 12PM nearly 95% of downloads occur at around 5KBps (the rest of the time it works adequately as long as I start downloading during the night).
Similarly Youtube works fine up until 9AM without fail, yet videos on some other websites work fine like Kickstarter for example (advertisements work flawlessly on youtube).
If this helps to mention, I also have problems with ports therefore I do not play any videogames online (can't even connect to steam).
My provider is Vodafone, and I use an ethernet plug adapter.
Does anyone know possible causes and solutions for this.

There is probably network congestion during the times you referenced. The only solution is change providers.

Use Internet Download Manager for downloading anything it is super fast and if you have chrome you can download an extension called improved youtube if not then download another extension html5 video for youtube

I do use internet download manager, it still wont work around the times mentioned. I'll check out the other one though, thanks.
