youtube only works with Edge

Hi everyone
i'm having a problem with windows 10
youtube videos only load with the Edge browser , with IE Firefox and chrome i get only a spinning loading thing ( the player and the website loads just fine , but it doesnt start playing the video ) .
any help would be appreciated .

Did you try resetting the browsers ?

Thanks , Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but didnst solve the problem , since its failing on all browsers except Edge , i dont think its browser related.

@WolfShadw , i have Kaspersky IS 2017 installed and it doesnt find anything , any suggestion on what to scan with ?

I would think Kapersky would find everything, but just to make sure, I'd probably scan with MalwareBytes as well. Also check to make sure there are no mischievous add-ons or plug ins installed.
