Bookmarks, same PC, links stay there. For years. I love my bookmarks. These are the links to these videos which recently terminated by Google. This is the point we came from "YouTube Broadcast Yourself" to "Communist Republic of YouTube" I did used to listen those awesome soundtracks, now I can't.

Disgusting content on YouTube? Nah that is okay. But god forbids DECADE OLD Game Soundtracks. It is level 10 of cardinal sin.

That AoE2 OST video above used to have billions of comments and thumbs ups people enjoying their childhood memories reliving the nostalgia.

Big tech no ones friend, they are only friends to themselves.

"Video unavailable
This video is no longer available because the YouTube account associated with this video has been terminated." This is the URL text when someone clicks the link.

Uploading copyrighted material, regardless how old, 3 strikes and you're out.

But this is the reason why there are plethora of dupe YT accounts with several re-uploads, so that when one goes down, you move on to the next one.

Listening game OST from YT is nice, makes me reminisce of old times.
E.g i, myself, fancy some Deus EX OST from time to time, :sol:

There are many many sites out there where you can put in a youtube link and they download the file to your PC...if you want to listen to these at any time then be your own youtube.
With youtube premium they give you a download button themselves.

And that's also why youtube has to remove anything that any lawyer company tells them to take down becasue if they allow duplication of copyrighted stuff they are gonna get sued.

If an account goes dormant for 2 years, YouTube considers the account inactive.
Inactive accounts are purged.
To be fair, if I had a YouTube account that's only purpose was to host 1990s game music I'd probably forget about it as well.

If you like a song use a YouTube downloading site to download the mp4 or mp3.
