Youtube Screen Flickering

When I am in full screen mode on YouTube in Chrome, I get a weird flicker that's super fast. It looks like its pink. I have uploaded a video of what is happening. If you look super close, you can see. It a super fast flash of pink. I have updated my graphics drivers and flash just 2 hours ago. I have another monitor and it happens on that one too.
