Well I have 5mbps internet speed and its supposed to load 480p no problem
but since last week I have noticed a really big slow down on every video ive been watching
it is so slow that only 240p is set in auto res and it still buffers
I think its not my isp's fault cause ive checked net speeds and everything is fine ive even played online games with 30-60 ping
when i checked the stats for nerds option on youtube it says its only using 120kbps even goes down to 98kbps.
is there some sort of fix for this or is this happening to a lot of people out there btw im from the Philippines and I thank you in advance
