Hey guys!
I have a problem which started a few months ago, namely, that whenever someone watches Youtube, my ping to games skyrocket. I'm wired to the router and it doesn't matter who loads those youtube videos. My ISP said that they have no QoS active, they don't limit anything, and the router they provided have none either. I have a 20mbits connection, only 12 is coming through because of old cables, but it was fine for 10 years. Is it possible that youtube changed something, and it uses all the bandwidth it can get, because as i said, 12mbits were enough for a 720p video before without using up all the bandwidth.
Edit: Just tested it, and watching a stream with highest settings only increases the ping of every 10th packet, while a youtube video loading the ping is bad for the whole time.
