YouTube videos are coming out distorted

YouTube Problem
This problem has been on going for some time now and I really don't know what to do it fix it. When I watch videos on YouTube it displays in this glitchy, distorted mess for about 10 - 15 seconds and then plays like normal. Sometimes it doesn't clean up at all. All my drivers are up to date, my games play without an issue. Any reason why this would start happening? I dont really remember doing a certain install or a certain action to have this happen in return

Browser: Maxthon latest version
Windows 10
Gtx 1060

If there's anything other information needed please let me know.

So far I've tried IE, it was fine on IE but kinda spotty meaning sometimes id open it and it would work fine and then another time it would give me the same issue. I'll try some other browsers right now.

Could be the video drivers. Even if theyre the latest the drivers can be buggy

How would I go about getting a clean driver?

Uninstall the ones you downloaded. Let windows install some. See if theyre any better
