Youtube videos don't play in any browser

When I want to play a youtube video it just starts loading and it does that forever. I tried playing youtube videos on chrome, mozilla, opera and windows explorer but they just don't play. http://www.dell.com/us/en/home/desktops/inspiron-zino-hd/pd.aspx?refid=inspiron-zino-hd - my computer. Youtube videos play just fine on other devices. I also restarted the router and computer, cleaned cookies and restored settings on chrome but it didn't help. About a week ago youtube videos were playing just fine on my computer. Should I update some drivers or something? Please help me.

Does your machine play any audio at all? If not, I would suggest checking the default audio device for windows. Done by right clicking the speaker icon, that's near the clock.

Audio does play when I watch a downloaded video or movie on my pc

Try uninstalling flash player.

I uninstalled flash, restarted the computer, installed it again but youtube videos still aren't playing.
