YouTube videos keep crashing and buffering. This is not a internet problem I think as my cpu keeps going to 30% usage when this problem occurs. How can I fix this?

I would suggest reinstalling your graphics driver or updating your windows via Windows update.
Are you running on a Desktop or a Laptop?
What version of windows do you have installed?(1809...1900,,,,1909?)
Whats your System specs?

I no longer have a problem, when this problem was occurring, down detector said their were problems at YouTube. Down detector now says their is no longer problems and my YouTube is running fine. Thanks for the help anyways.
