Youtube videos recently loading slow.

I have noticed that recently some of the Youtube videos I watch load really slow. Not the loading itself, but there is an initial waiting of maybe half a minute before the actual video plays and starts to load until the end. I am using the latest Chrome version (tried Mozilla as well, but the problem is there as well), and have the latest drivers for my videocard. I also have the latest Flash version. I am running on Win 7 Ultimate (x64), 8 GB RAM and Nvidia Geforce 740M (2GB). Any idea what the problem might be? Thank you and much appreciated.
