Hi guys! I recently found and fixed my old laptop.. AMD socketA 1.6 ghz single core cpu, and i enjoy somehow the portable stuff xD , ok the weight is omfg ,but nvm . And the question is, is it real for youtube to cut,,shreds and slows the sound and the video ..because its a single core? or can i speed it up? i have some inprovement on HTML5 player, but it is still not watchable even on 360p.. I use google chrome.

That is true.

To the OP: Your laptop may just be too old. Any processor on Socket A is from the early 2000s, and integrated video from that time wasn't great either.
