Youtube won't load

Youtube won't load, i can see the logo in the top left and some options in the top right but it just won't load anything else. I tried fixing it myself and i think it may have something to do with Google Play Store because that won't load either. This all happened on my phone, hope someone can help me fix this problem.

Make and model phone? Service provider?

Is YouTube, etc. failing to load at home or everywhere?

What self-fixes did you try?
