I bought this display from Amazon, knowing it was a less-known brand, but it was also coming for a really low price, so I went for it.
The thing is, I ended up loving the monitor, but what is shown in the video happens, mainly when playing league of legends, but might also happened ONCE when zooming in with a sighted weapon on red dead redemption 2 (the only instances when I notice the issue, otherwise, rdr2 runs perfect)
Also, it happens only for a while, for example, when lol finds a match and you have to click the blue accept (or decline) button. After it gets to champion select, the problem goes away. It also happens when using the lol client. It has never happened in-game. It doesn't happen every time but has an occurrence rate of 70% when on the match found screen.
Another thing to point out is that if I open another window, it will automatically go away. So it only happens if windows 11 is focused on the lol client when the "accept match" screen comes up.
I know it's a long shot, but thought about trying here anyways: Has anyone had similar issues or experiences with the brand?
Disclaimer: Z-edge provided a full refund after trying to fix the issue, and for the price, I would really like to get a second one, but I am afraid when I do, it will happen again.
Currently, windows 11 and amd adrenaline are up to date, here are my specs:
Processor: Intel Core i5-12600K
GPU: AMD RX 6600 connected with a DP cable, but it also happened with an HDMI.
Motherboard: Asus PRIME Z690M-PLUS D4
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200 C16 2x8GB
Everything is running on an NVMe WD_Black SN770 1TB.
You can check out my OSD settings here and you can also find a video of the issue happening here.
Any other info, I'll happily provide, and if I can't link to google drive I'll also happily upload the videos here.
Quick edit: I also wanted to point out that I play other games, like AC Valhalla, The witcher 3, WZ2, and absolutely no issues there, it only happens with the lol client.
