Z type motherboard or not?

I've done quite a lot of reading around since becoming interested in building my own computer. I've come up with a list of parts that fit my budget and are compatible.

My only question is that if I'm not doing any overclocking do I need a z type motherboard for my Core i5-7600k?

K-series CPU OC isn't the only gain you'll get if you go with the Z-series MoBo. Other gains include: more PCI-E lanes, more USB ports, support for RAM XMP.

Though, you don't need to have Z270 chipset MoBo if you have K-series CPU since it will work just fine on B250 and H270 chipset MoBos too.
