Z170-A froze during bios update. How do I use the flashback feature on my motherboard?

Ok so I am doing my first build and have so many problems I'm close to giving up. My first issue was that the PC wouldn't post because of a ram issue. I finally got it to read only 1 slot of ram and turn on after much work. I then installed Windows and all necessary drivers for the motherboard and the computer was working but still would only read one stick of ram. So I went and looked at bios updates and there was one that specifically addressed DDR4 ram, so I thought great, I'll install the newest bios and maybe I'll be good!

Wrong

I installed the new bios, it said it installed successfully, and now when I turn the computer on the screen is just black and there are no error LED's showing up.

I found that my motherboard has a flashback utility for this issue but from the research I have done I need some sort of flashback card for my motherboard. Instead of having the button to start a flashback it has a "flashback header" which is this 12 pin small thing on the board. Can anyone please point me in the right direction?

Asus z170-A
Radeon R9 390
i5 6600k
Sea gate 1tb
Seasonic 750w
Crucial ballistix ddr4 2x4 gb ram

The Z170-A does not have BIOS flashback despite it being listed as a feature. It does have a header for an add-on card that can supposedly do it but they are not currently available and no Asus reps know anything about them.

For now, your only option is to buy a replacement BIOS chip off eBay or RMA the board.
