Z170 motherboard choice

I have nearly completed buying everything for my GTX 970/i5 6600K build and the mobo is only choice remaining. I have narrowed it down to Gigabyte GA-Z170 Gaming K3 and Asrock Fatal1ty Gaming K4. They are obviously both budget options but have all the features and ports/connectors I need. Any advice or experience with either of these or better options for under £100?

The Gigabyte GA-Z170 Gaming K3 and Asrock Fatal1ty Gaming K4 are ranked 64 and 65 respectively, I would think the Asrock Extreme3 ranked 58 is a better choice..

Seconded on the Asrock Extreme3.
Also, if you haven't bought your 970 yet, you really should wait a couple of weeks and get the 1070. It wipes the floor with the 970 and is definitely teh new price/perf king.

Yeah I know but I can't really afford it or a monitor that would show off its talents. Instead got a pretty exceptional deal on my 970 (£190 for an ASUS Strix OC). I've been gaming on Bootcamp on a Mac for the last year so being able to max 1080p seems pretty awesome to me.
