I personally like the krait because I think it looks awesome but not sure about how to seriously answer your question... I don't really see there being too big a difference

I looked on both product pages and the MSI says it only supports DirectX 11. The Gigabyte says nothing about it. That would suck if I got a DX12 CPU and GPU and my motherboard didn't support it. Do you think it just says that because DX12 hasn't came out yet?
