Can I put Z170/X99 Platform DDR4 RAM in a H110 motherboard?

99.9% or better chance of success. Note: any ram above 2133 MHz will run at 2133 MHz on that board. Don't spend a penny more than the cost of the cheapest ,2133mhz ram in the size you want on the board

No such thing as 'Z170 RAM' or 'X99 RAM'.
There is higher frequency RAM, which natively lowers itself to 2133MHz on boards that don't support it, and ECC RAM which consists of registered dimms for server use.

You'll be fine.
