Z170A gaming m5 RAM issues, slot 1,2 arent working

MSI Z170A gaming m5

only boot when slots 3 and 4 are populated, so I cant make dual channel config, any help would be apreciated. Thanks in advance.

DIMM 1 populated wont boot
DIMM 2 populated wont boot
DIMM 3 works
DIMM 4 works

if I set 1,3 it does not boot
the same with 2,4 does not boot either.

When it does not boot, I get the following sequence of POST codes: 00, 4c, 55, 0d ,19

Incredibly, after a look into details on the mobo I discover the problem.
one of the stands from the Cooler master 212 evo made short circuit on the PCB, cause to the lack of rubber washer, and making direct contact to the PCB circuit, fortunately when I solve the issue, the 4 RAM slots worked fine again. So you have to be sure the stands never touch the mobo PCB directly without rubber in the middle.
I am sure there are many people around the globe that suffered the same issue.
