Z170A-PC Mate and 6600K

Can I achieve 4.5-4.7 GHz stable on this motherboard? I wanted to go for Z170 PRO GAMING, but it's kinda too pricey here in Croatia.

Well, often more expensive motherboards (better VRM- voltage regulation) do not give that much better of an overclock and are not worth the extra premiums unless you need the bonus features (extra sata ports, USB 3 connectors, high quality audio, etc. You should get the same or similar clock out of the PC Mate as the Pro Gaming model
