Z170A SLI PLUS vga light

as mentioned i have a sli plus my problem is the vga light turns on and my computer turns off what could be the issue? CPU:I7 6700K with a Asetek 550LC 120mm Liquid CPU Cooler
Motherboard: Z170A SLI PLUS
Ram: adata ax4u3000w4g16-bgz 2x4 (8gb ram) @3000mhz
SSD/HDD: 250GB KINGSTON SHFS37A240G (SSD)
1tb Western Digital WDC WD10EZEX-21WN4A0 (SATA)
120GB ADATA SP550 (SSD)
GPU:2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB (MSI)
PSU:corsair cx850m
Chassis:Thermaltake Versa H35 w/ Window Gaming Case
OS: W10 home

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature it's customary to include your full system's specs inclusive of your OS(if the system had an OS on it). Please lit them as:

If this system is a newly built rig by yourself, might want to inspect each component to see if they're seated properly and their power connectors are in the right order. On another note, Have you tried swapping the slots and seen if you get display?

it is not a newly built rig ive had this for half a year now, the problem is, is that i do get a display but sometimes randomly it shuts off with the vga light on either it be an hour from now or a week. its rather odd. ill go ahead and see if anything got disconnected or is lose i dusted it today to see if maybe a cat hair was shorting something idek i also notice 10 degree temp increase

ive just reset the cmos, no dice maybe its my psu?
