Z270X wont detect Graphics card

I have tried absolutely everything for my GA-Z270X-UD3 to detect my graphics CARDS! it just wont detect them. I can only use the monitor through the IGFX. can anyone please help? I'm at my wits end. Yes I have installed the latest drivers for the MB

I said CARDS because I have tried more than one in my attempts to rule if the card was the problem. It doesn't detect any of them.
