Z370 Aorus Gaming 7 only has 5-Pin RGB connectors?

On the gigabyte aorus z370 gaming 7 I was going to connect two of my RGB fans that I bought when I realized the motherboard only has two 12V RGBW 5 Pin connections (LED_C1 bottom middle, LED_C2 Top Right). This surprised me because most of their boards with RGB fusion have 4-Pin connectors right on the motherboard. Is there any way to get my fans to work with this setup without getting a controller node for the fans? It seems like most the controller nodes I've seen can't sync with RGB fusion anyway. Help is much appreciated.

On page 29 of your manual, have you tried connecting only the 4-pin plug of the RGBW LED strip extension cable? Like this:

My only fear is the fan says that the 4 pin RBG Plug is 5 Volt. I'm just worried that connecting it to a 12v connection could fry it.

If the fan's RGB is 5V, do not use any 12V headers on the mobo. Will surely damage it.

Depending on the model of your RGB fans (you did not mention them and its corresponding voltage before), you may either: 1) be able to use the 3-pin 5V addressable header (see page 30 of your manual) ONLY IF the RGB fans you have supports/are compatible with it, via a 4-pin to 3-pin adapter from your fan manufacturer (to correspond to the correct V/D/G pinout in Gigabyte mobos), or 2) really have to purchase a separate LED controller (either from the same brand as your fans, or, from a third-party controller that outputs +5VDC).
