Z370 concern with M.2

Hi. I just put together my computer that is using 4 Corsair LL120 fans and the MOBO listed above. after plugging in all the components and starting the computer. I can only get two fans to spin. They all light up and when i switch the slots of the M.2 from one that isn't spinning to one that was spinning the new one spins so its not a fan issue from what I can see. Let me know if you have any info. Thanks.
