I went to Advanced\Onboard Devices Configuration and when I go to m.2_2 PCIe Bandwith Configuration I cant choose m.2 mode as shown in videos. (It’s not there.) can someone give me a step by step guide on how to enable it? Please be fast I’ve already spent like 10 hours on this shit. The ssd I have in my computer has windows 10 and other stuff on it as well.

FYI just installed a new i7-8700k, z370-e, and trident z 16gb ram.

Solution
I figured it out. There are two m.2 slots on the motherboard and the one without the shield doesn't work, but the other does. And if you get your ssd working but your hdd isn't the keep in mind that m.2 slot takes up SATA1 so move to SATA 2.
