[SOLVED] Z370-f gpu compatability

I was wondering if a asus rog strix z370-f gaming would be compatible with the new rtx 3070

Yes, it is compatible. It does not have PCIe 4.0 capability, but that doesn't matter in the least because the boards that DO have PCIe 4.0 capability that were tested with the higher end 3080 and 3090 models didn't show any significant performance gains over the same cards tested on PCIe 3.0 model motherboards. It will work fine.
