Z390-A Prime Slots B1 & B2 Work, A1 & A2 don't

I've tried installing my RAM in A1 & B1 like it's suggested but all I get is a boot loop. I try every combination but all that really works is B1& B2 (which is closest to the CPU). If I were to fill up the other two slots with the same RAM, would I continue to get that boot loop, or will it actually work?

Try removing the CPU, taking a picture of the CPU socket, uploading it on imgur and posting here the link.
