Question Z390 aorus master - no power ?

I checked 2 time everything seem to be connected but u cannot power on my new pc.
When i power on the psu,
Only the the motherboard backplate button leds and the ethernet leds light up. The motherboard itself seems to be not. I dont understand where the problem is. I checked front io, checked psu cables. Everything seem to be connected, but honestly im not sure anymore. Maybe there is a shortt somewhere ?
what the hell should i do. :/

Try to get it running outside of the case. You can set the motherboard in the antistatic wrapping it came in.

Hi yes doing that now. The stuff that happens is this :
When i switch on the psu( not mobo just psu) the lights of the mobo blink for like 1 moment then turn off.

I took it outside of case took off all cables except aio cables , powrr cables and 1 ram slot and it still cannot power up
