Question z390 aorus master RGB's blinking and unable to boot

Hello,
So I am trying to build a PC.
It's my first time. Everything is in place and there is this weird thing happening with the rgb lights and power button.
As soon as I plug the computer, it happens. It's impossible to boot the computer and I'm still trying to figure what is going on but help would be apriciated.

Do you have an D_LED strip connected the MOBO? I have the same issue when I connected the MOBO cable from my case (Phanteks P350x) to on the D_RGB headers the LEDs on the MOBO just blink and it won't power on. When I disconnect this cable it powers up just fine.

No I fixed it like a mounth ago.
It was because my friend orded a cpu that wasen't compatble and like an idiot I didn't check for that
