[SOLVED] Z390 Aorus Pro wifi flashes and turns off when turned on

MB: Z390 Aorus Pro wifi
memory: Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 32 GB (4x8 GB) DDR4 3200MHz C16 XMP 2.0
psu: Cooler Master V1000, 80 Plus Gold, 1000W
gpu: MSI GeForce GTX 1080 TI Founders Edition
case: Cooler Master MasterCase H500M ARGB
cpu: Intel Core i7-9700K
cooler: Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML360R RGB

When i turn on the PC the lights on the mb and the cooler turn on then immediately turn off the PC.
Only the memory remains lighted.
I have already reset the CMOS (with the jumper and then by remove the battery)... but nothing..

The build working before.


Could you help me ?

Check your CPU cooling fan is it running at start up? If it is not the motherboard is shutting down do to this.
