[SOLVED] Z390-E with i7-9700k, no post, fans are on, mobo rgb lights up

All fans are spinning, cooler is also lit up. Motherboard lights are on but nothing else is.
GPU also shows its light on above the 6 pin connector.

Any tips or anything else to try? Or should I get a replacement for the Motherboard?

Is your monitor plugged into the GPU? Make sure the GPU's power connectors and the 8-pin CPU power connector is plugged in properly. Try using a different port on the monitor/GPU and a different cable.

Top right hand corner of your MB below the MemOK switch are a series of LEDs. They are for boot,dram, vga and CPU. Do any of these light up and remain on during Post.?
