Question z390 gaming x memory error

hello, (ill keep this short cause i dont like typing on phones) my camera fell down and hit my pc, then the pc didnt wanna boot it was in a boot loop cause it didnt see the cpu for some reason then after taking out the ram and bsck in (because this cpu issue i just said happened 3 times already) it usually would work after reseating the ram sticks a few times, but now im being greeted by a long beep every time i start the pc and nothing i do helps (reseat gpu, clear cmos, reseat ram sticks in any way possible, even use a ram stick from another pc)

i hope someone knows how to help and fast ill be grateful

also it idles for a few seconds when turning on, then the cpu and dram leds light up, then only the dram led lights up and im getting the long beeps, and im really scared of taking out cpu cause i have no paste and i bent pins once so id like solutions without involving messing with the cpu please

also the motherboard is from gigabyte i forgot to mention
