Hi,
Just have bought a Z390 MEG ACE for my 9900KS.
I have an Intel 750 PCI-E 800Gb from my old machine with plenty of life left.
I have a shiny new Samsung 2Tb 970 Evo NVM-E M2.
I have a shiny new RTX 3080.

I would like to use 16x for the GPU.
I do a lot of photoshop so I was planning on using the Intel 750 as a scratch disk and the 970 Evo as the C drive.
As an aside I also have 2 x RAID 1 for the libraries so I am getting close to my max SATA. I think if I use the 970 in M2 slot 1 then I lose only 1 SATA leaving me with 5 SATA slots?? I will use 4 SATA for the 2 x RAID 1.

My main problem is: do I have enough lanes for the 4x on the Intel 750 as well as 4 x on the 970 Evo .. keeping 16 for the GPU?

All help appreciated

Hi, yes I have my live libraries on 2 x Raid 1 8Tb and then I have a Synology RAID 5 NAS backup and then a portable disk at the neighbours.

Just want to make sure I am not slowing down my Intel 750 and my NVME 970 ... I can leave out the Intel 750 if necessary but would be a waste
Also with a shiny new RTX 3080 I dont want to lose the 16x
