[SOLVED] Z390 Phantom Gaming 4, i5-9600 6-core, m. 2nvme won't boot if fast boot on in Uefi

Hi all, I have a new z390 phantom gaming 4 with an inter it 9600k 6-core with 16GB ddr4 3000 and one 500GB WD M. 2 NVME. It boots and runs superb and very low temps as it's also water cooled. One thing I noticed, if I enable fast boot in the UEFI it won't boot into windows, just reboots into UEFI again and if I disable fast boot it'll boot up perfectly. Not a huge issue but curious if someone can tell me why this is and is it because of csm? Shouldn't be enabled or disabled? Also do I want secure boot on or off? New board so just finalizing a few little things is all.

Clone's don't work well with NVME , I always clean install too.
