Question Z390 rog maximus xi motherboard ethernet problem

Hello I bought a maximus xi board with my new build but I seem to have this problem where I don’t have any Ethernet driver and it will not connect to the internet I have reinstalled windows reset the bios and nothing seems to work has anyone got a fix to this issue?

download the driver on a working system. put it on a usb flash drive
