Question Z490 GAMING EDGE WIFI (NO DISPLAY) HELP!

I just got a Z490 and i am using my 1070 GTX. I am able to use Windows when I connect the HDMI to the motherboard. For some reason, I am getting no display when I connect to the graphics card. I have been trying to fix this for 12 hours now and still can't fix it. I am using a Evga 850 Power supply so its enough power. My bio is updated.

If so, you can remove the discrete GPU and using the iGPU, you should be able to get display. Did you inspect the CPU's socket for any bent or broken pins?

Hey Lutfij! Yes, that's my cpu! I am having trouble with it. I am able to use the on board graphic (IGPU) But i am unable to use my graphic card. Bios have been updated and for some reason the 1070 cant be read but i have tested on a friends build and it worked. I dont know if i just need more power. I only have 8 pin connect not the 12.
