[SOLVED] Z490 versus Z390 --- Which one is better?

Now I'm intended to build a PC but I'm in a dilemma. I have no idea which CPU and mobo to choose. Is any improvement in Z490 compared with Z390?

Which cpu do you want to get? This'll determine which motherboard to go for. Z390 = 8/9th gen, Z490 = 10th gen.
