The F4-3200C16Q-###GTZR ( https://www.gskill.com/product/165/166/1582537062/F4-3200C16Q-128GTZR ) is compatible but the extra 2 after (C16Q) has me confused. Is the 2 just a revision number or is it a game changer?

The reason I'm asking is because a seller on ebay is selling them at a great price.

Your MB has max support of 128GB in dual channel architecture.
Only difference would be the size. One matched kit at (4x32) 128GB and the other matched kit at (8x32) 256GB. You would not be able to use the 256GB kit.
Both kits are really for quad channel use. Need to check if chipset supports the kit in dual channel.
