[SOLVED] Z590 intel under $180?

I have these two in my cart, but not sure which to buy..

Gigabyte Z590 AORUS ELITE AX ($169)
&
MSI Z590 PRO WiFi ProSeries ($159)

Anyone familiar with either of these, or at least the brand reputation? Or if there are better ones for that price range.

I plan on buying an i7-11700k.
I bought a pcie gen4 m.2 ssd. Which I plan to use as the boot drive.

Gtx 1070 which I plan to use for several years (or a few lol).

32gb 3200hz RAM which I'm pretty sure is the cpu's spec.

I'd go with the Aorus Elite AX, for the fact that it has a much better VRM configuration if nothing else. Just a better board all around. Plus, MSI has very shady business tactics and a decidedly poor moral standing.

All I have left on my build is the cpu and case.
