I have gigabyte z590 auros elite ax

It has bios version F3 . On the website, there is the F6 version which is the newest.
Now when I was looking to update it most people connect through bios.exe software which is included with the motherboard and it connects you to a server and then picks the update.
The problem is I'm not seeing those updates to the F6 version.

Should I do this manually ?

F6 is only for Win 11, if interested in that then do manually. GB's exe automated process probably hasn't caught up yet.

If not interested in Win11 and don't have any hardware compatibility issues then don't try fix what's not broken.

There's no mention of ram compatibility fixes listed for f4/5/6, there could be though.

List entire pc specs please, include make and models.

Cpu: 11700k
Motherboard: gigabyte z590 auros elite ax
Ram: brand, model, capacity, how many?
Gpu?
Psu?

How and where are you verifying ram speed? What happens when you set xmp, save and reboot?

If you're running two ram modules they should be in 2nd and 4th slot from cpu.

I7 11700k
Nvidia Gtx 1070
Gigabyte z590 auros elite ax
Kingston KHX3600C17D4/8GBX DDR4
PSU RM750X V2 750W Gold edition
NZXT H710 Case

I verify Ram Speed through NZXT CAM Software or Auros Elite App
I also did verify the RAM Speed through bios .

When I set XMP Profile 1 for 3600Mhz the PC turn off then turn on then turn off then turn on then I recieve a boot failure asking me to pick optimized settings from the bios.
I use that to be able to reach windows again . Ram speed goes back to 2400Mhz.

There is another profile XMP but it gives 2990 Mhz as I saw .

I have the RAMS in First and third Slot from CPU .
