Z68 MB....how do i know what graphics im using?

I know the z68 motherboards have intergrated graphics built on. But how do I know if im using my 560 ti or the intergrated? Can i turn in the intergrated off somehow?

Are you plugging your monitor into your graphics card or into your motherboard would be the easiest way to tell
