Z68 Motherboard choice

Hi there,

I need a new Z68 motherboard.

Which one would be better?

ASRock Z68 Extreme4 Gen3
P8Z68 DELUXE, P8Z68-V, P8Z68-V Pro
ASUS Maximus IV GENE-Z (not Gen3!)

Or something else?

Of those boards I think I would have to go with the ASRock Z68 Extreme4 Gen3 board. They are delivering a lot of value with their higher end models.

What about the quality of it? I never had an ASRock board myself though I heard they had quality issues (in the past?).

my Asrock bored P67 Fatality Motherboards has quality issues and warranty is dodgy from my experince they only give you 1year for a reason and that due to face of bad compononets i have had 3 RMAS asrock boreds and 1 Died after few months

There is no such thing as a perfect board and every manufacturer has problems around certain chipsets, that said, you also pay for better quality, of the lot I will go with the Asus Z68
