Z68X-UD3P-B3 + i2500K + Kingston Hypermax 1600 8GB Always reboot

Hi, I just got a used Z68X-UD3P-B3 + i2500K + Kingston Hypermax 1600 8GB Memory.
Together with a SATA CDROM + SP SSD 120GB,
I try to setup a Window 7 System.
When I start the PC, it keeps rebooting. Sometime it beeps and manage to go to Bios.
Then re-boot again. Sometimes its start windows installation and then hanged half way.

Please advise me what wrong. Is this the symptons of overheating. If so, how to solve it

Try booting from the windows 7 disk, or try restore if you can.

In actual fact, no system was installed because the PC keep re-booting.
And when Windows 7 installation started, it always hanged at "expanding windows file" at about 69%.

Do, you have an extra disc driver to try? Or storage device?

Yes, I hv harddisk which I will use instead of the sdd
