Should i use Intel default mobo settings off or on? Is IT safe to have it off?

Intel off max temp 81c cr23 score 23,5k overwatch benchmark 1%84fps average 105fps

Intel on max temp 90c cr23 score 22k overwatch benchmark 1%79fps average 104fps

I dont know much about OC etc, i just know that i get better r23 score and temps while having IT off but i dont know if its safe (ive Read something about dowgrade of CPU )

Given that its Intel 13th gen, i wouldn't risk it, id leave the auto OC off, especially since it's not much of an improvement. I'd then make sure that that motherboard is on the latest bios.

Do you mean like performance and extreme ? I only have performance available.

First of all, insure that your motherboard bios is current.
The latest bios fixes the previous problems caused by motherboard using excess voltage.

Your system is capable of overclocking, but don't bother for two reasons:
1. There is very little headroom. If your chip could significantly overclock, it would have been used as a 14900K. Default turbo mechanism works better for gamers anyway.

2. Excess voltage required to overclock can damage your processor.

The latest bios updates should let you use the Intel power limits when specifying default settings.
