Z77 Extreme6 vs UD4H

Okay, I'm torn. I'm going to build my computer in June and I recently saw this deal on Newegg:
ASRock Extreme6 Z77 for 139.99

Naturally, I'd go towards Gigabyte because of their reliability and reputation, but I've also seen good reviews on ASRock and this deal is also too good to pass up. I was going to pair this motherboard with an i5 3570k and use the rig for gaming, and potentially SLI in the future. The big question is:
Which motherboard should I go with?
I'm trying to decide fast because the deal ends at the end of tomorrow, and I'm not exactly sure. I'd appreciate your feedback and potential alternatives to this.

Oh, and I'm trying to stay within a $160-$100 price range, so please don't suggest a UP7 or OC Formula.

Go with the ASRock, that deal is unbeatable. Since both the boards have similar features, there is no point in going with the gigabyte.

You really think so? I saw that there were quite a few advantages with the UD4H...
I guess you're right though, the deal on that board is hard to pass up.

I know the advantages of a gigabyte board, currently using a gigabyte board myself but ASRock has also proved itself in product quality, overclock, and features.
