Z77 Sabertooth - Marvel PCI-e raid - unable to enter setup

I have a Z77 Sabertooth board with a PCI-e raid card with Marvel9128 chipset. I am unable to get into the raid configuration screen during boot. Holding Control + M doesn't result in anything happening. It launches my OS like normal. Is there anything in the BIOS setup that I need to enable? I turned off fast boot as well.

You have to have drives connected to the controller. The connectors are:
2 x SATA 6Gb/s port(s), brown
4 x SATA 3Gb/s port(s), black
Support Raid 0, 1, 5, 10

If no drives that can be configured for RAID are attached, it won't let you in setup.

I'm not using the on board raid, I am using a PCI-E card with the chipset I mentioned above. The drives are connected.

In your BIOS, it should come up as an option for booting. I set one up a while back....I think it was in the PCIe configuration (it was a different motherboard). You have to set it up as a boot device (make it after the OS drive).

I had to turn off x4 for the primary PCI-E slot because it was disabling the rest of the PCI-E slots. It automatically added itself to the boot order.
